191 Letters of Apply (LAAs) out of 392 invitations to apply went to the candidates in the MPNP’s Skilled Worker Overseas Stream. Candidates who got LAA in this draw had at least 679 scores on MPNP’s assessment grid. MPNP’s assessment grid assigns the candidates a score out of 1,000 on the basis of the answers provided in their EOI profile.
The candidates who want to get the consideration for immigration under MPNP’s Skilled Worker Overseas Stream must first submit their EOI profile. They can then enter into the Expression of Interest pool, where they get rank against the competition.
Manitoba Issued more LAAs to Expression of Interest Pool Candidates
Manitoba also issued a total of 201 Letters of Apply (LAAs) to the EOI pool candidates through its Skilled Workers in Manitoba Stream. The candidates must have an education and work experience in Manitoba, a minimum of 6 months of recent work experience in the In-Demand occupation of Manitoba, or have a minimum language proficiency on the basis of occupation. 592 is the score of the lowest ranked candidate with the above-mentioned specifications.
Manitoba also issued additional 31 invitations through MPNP’s Strategic Recruitment Initiatives. The lowest ranked candidate had a score of 713 who got issued an LAA through this process.
MPNP’s Strategic Recruitment Initiatives include interviewing potential candidates by provincial representatives and issuing LAAs o the candidates in EOI draws on meeting the program’s criteria.
The candidates who got the invitation have a period of 60 days for submitting their complete application for provincial nomination through their online MPNP account.
Candidates can apply for Canada permanent residency if their application for provincial nomination gets approved.
